I’ve been following you for some time, and I noticed that you do not mind shifting or repositioning yourself in business; what would you tell someone who is having issues with accepting change? For those who may be struggling with change I would say that the most important thing is that they change the perception. Changing their perception will allow them to see life through a different lens. Not a lense of end goals that you grow attachments to, but a lens of destinations that you journey to with everything serving it’s purpose while you are there until it’s time for you to leave for your next assignment. One thing that I can stand firm on is that if I move by God’s direction, I will never fail. As a Christian creatives we are multifaceted individuals who are called to different things at different moments in our life. The second thing I would say is more of a question, how would you know what is your passion, purpose, and calling, if you are scared to move and try them out?

What three strategies do you offer individuals that experience consistent challenges in their business(s)? I really have one strategy that consists of 5 different parts. Everyone must have a soul strategy : 1. Internal Observations- looking at yourself internally 2. Environment Analysis: Is your environment conducive to who you are trying to become? 3. Directional Intelligence: The direction you should be moving in based on information, knowledge, and wisdom. 4. Set Intentions: building a plan and strategy to accomplish what is planned. 5. Progress Tracking: Deciding how you will track your progress and keep accountability.

If healing were easy, everybody would do it. There are a lot of people who struggle with their healing process. What have you learned during your healing journey? I’ve learned that I can’t heal from what I refuse to expose. Admitting you need to heal doesn’t make you weak. The second thing is that it is important to forgive those who have hurt me and to forgive myself for the things that I have done to hurt myself. It’s important to extend grace to others and yourself. Thirdly, it is important to mend, repair the things that were broken or damaged and improve any unpleasant situations. This will prevent the unhealed version of yourself from destroying your current mission. 2nd Corinthians 10:4-5 and James 1:3-4 help to reassure the importance of healing and continuing on my Journey.

What is the driving force behind Becoming Her? The driving force is to become a healed, Empowered, and reinvented God-version of yourself so that you have the confidence, capability, and capacity to maximize and build influence, impact, and income. In short, to become all that God has called you to do and to do it well.

What can women take away from attending your events or joining your program? Women can expect to gain clarity, confidence, and the capacity to walk in their purpose while staying true to their authentic selves and relying on God’s wisdom and provision to provide the income that they desire. Women who attend any of my events or join my programs can also expect to be activated, educated, and empowered. They will be a totally different version of themselves than when they started if they execute the skills and strategies given.

Just for fun: If you had one superpower, what would it be and why? Hmmm that’s a hard one because I actually believe that I already have my Super power, the ability to shift and activate people to want to be a better deserving version of themselves!!!
