I am the Fine, Fierce, and Focused trailblazer who not only talks the talk but definitely walks the walk!
I am an enthusiastic business owner, a wife, a woman of faith, who loves God. An ordained Minister, Certified Motivational Speaker, Certified Life Coach, Publish Model, and 5x Bestselling Author, among other things.
My core essentials are Faith, Love, and Family. My foundation is centered around two scriptures: Proverbs 3:5-6; Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto your own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy path; and Jeremiah 29:11; I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
I am known as the CFB (The Chief Focused Boss) as well as the Truth Leading Expert. I am a passionate vessel looking for 1 million women that I can pour into. My mission is to help women get serious and more focused about their worth, while becoming in harmony with themselves; Helping them to Strategize, Get Healed, Be Impactful and Transform lives. I am a ticking time bomb full of love, compassion, words of healing, and teaching. I am transparent, always putting God first and making sure I walk in His favor and in His will. I am one of those people you need on your team, your personal hype woman to cheer you on to the finish line. Through my struggles, I have learned some key elements that I use to coach and uplift women into a greater awareness of focus and purpose! I am here to guide that woman into her Boss Up Season! Taking charge of her life and walking in what’s been inside of her from the beginning.

How did you get into pageantry?
I have been around some brilliant people over the years who were already in pageantry, and although mentally, I wasn’t prepared years ago to be involved, I knew that one day I would be available and ready to step into such an honorable role. And just everything that the platform stands for is definitely on the journey of where God is taking me.
You are the reigning Mrs. All World Beauties, tell us about your pageant system and platform.
Yes, I am currently the 2023 reigning Mrs. All World Beauties, where our core values are inner beauty, service, and empowerment. And we strongly stand on those values. We are always looking to pour back into the next woman or the next man that comes in contact with any one of us. We are a family! God is the center and we make sure that anything that we put out in our lifestyle and our walk definitely shows up first before we can expect anybody else to do what we’re asking. We are a foundation of love, a foundation of pureness, and always looking to uplift the next reigning pageant, queen or king.
What advice would you give a young lady entering pageantry?
The advice I would give any young lady entering into the pageantry system is to be your authentic beautiful self! Don’t pay attention to what others have or what others are doing. Be sure to give you in all that you do and leave everything on that stage. Don’t be afraid to open up and let us see the real you. Which is why one of our core values is inner beauty. You can have the most beautiful dress in the world but if you remove the dress, do we still see the beauty inside of you.
Where do you see yourself and your pageant career in the next 5 years?
Well, to be perfectly honest, my goal was to never just win and be stagnant, so in the next five years, I am praying, and preparing to continue to grow in the Pageant system, continue to climb the ladder, and whatever other steps and titles are next. But also, in the next five years, I want to be able to connect with other Pageant systems to show support and to be there to cheer them on because I know what it’s like to be in that position and want someone to cheer me on and support me. Also, I’m hoping to be in a position to give back more to the community, being able to travel more, and I share my journey to be able to encourage our younger generation, as well as our older generation, just on truthfulness, and what that looks like from a personal standpoint.
What message is on your heart to share right now?
Never give up on you! I didn’t start where I wanted to in the past, and that’s OK. I’ve learned that wherever you are in your journey. It’s OK to start over from there. Your starting point and your finish line are solely determined by you! So Love you encourage you and continue to believe and push you.
Where is your favorite place to go around DFW?
So my favorite place to go in the DFW area is a place called the Boys Ranch in Bedford Texas. The reason why I love that place is because there is a lake that God drew me back in. I believe it was 2014 and it was a pivotal moment in my life. It allowed me to find my scream, my voice, and it allowed me to pick up the pieces and start over.

What’s up next for you?
Well, I am currently prepping for my conference here on October 16. I will be in Houston, Texas and October 28. I will be in Atlanta Georgia. My conference platform is called “Step In Your Truth” where we believe in the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth! Also, I am in the process of launching my first book anthology so if you are interested, please feel free to reach out to me as well as launch my Truthfull Magazine. I’ll be on the lookout for those. As well as my coaching and speaking you can find all of those on my website. Also, I have my podcast that is every Monday night at 8 PM Central Truthful Conversations with Jolie Rashawn and be on the lookout starting in October I will be taking submissions for guests to come and be on the show so stay tuned I have so much in store. Wow what makes me that is, well what makes me that is my determination and my drive. I can do anything and whatever I put my mind to do I don’t stop until it gets done. I am courageous and I am just a ball of laughter and fun. My grandmother used to tell me that laughter is the best medicine and here I am 41 years later with four adult children and one grandson and when I tell you, I am truly on a mission to set this world on fire with truth, with knowledge, and with understanding of when it comes to it’s never too late to be who God intended for you to be, I am living proof of that.
