Fallon Williams has been a Learning Design & Development Supervisor for 5 1/2 years. One of the the biggest challenges along the way has been trusting the process and walking by faith. In spite of her many accolades, Fallon considers motherhood her biggest accomplishment. One of the greatest gifts she considers to be able to give herself is to live life in full effect.
