I had the pleasure of meeting Michela Walker in 2022 and the light and energy she carries was so contagious that I knew I had to follow her journey. She is a powerhouse with a voice blessed by God, using her gift to inspire, uplift and encourage anyone she comes into contact with. From representing her alma mater as Miss Houston-Tillotson, to being a servant leader as member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc in her community, Michela is a force to be reckoned with and in her Jordan year (23) of life, her star will continue to rise.
Michela says; “I’m a woman who’s in pursuit of what sets my soul on fire. I’m in the process of writing two books. One dedicated to the traumas that keep people bound and the other about changing your mindset to believe all things are possible.” As a recent college graduate from Houston-Tilloston University, Michéla is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at L2E industries LLC. Her journey is unique as she is a domestic violence survivor, and she recently won the title of Miss American Beauties Plus 2023/2024 under the umbrella of Royal Productions by Natasha Monique where the national platform is Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention. She has hit the ground running leading the change one crown, one passion and one servant at a time. She has judged the United World Pageants, donated 12 cases of water and 5 cases of Gatorade to the Austin Chapter for Veterans of America and much more, and she is just getting started.
The future is bright for Michela as she is expecting in the next 10 years to have her Master’s in business and her doctorate in Humanitarianism. She aspires to one day open her own theater school for under privileged adults and youth to further their education in the performing arts. She then would like to be a CEO of other multimillion dollar businesses and serve as Regional National President for her sorority.
