Devoted wife and mother Stacian C. Daye is an author, speaker, mentor, leadership coach, and the Founder and CEO of Fortified Faith Collective LLC, a Christ-centered organization dedicated to strengthening faith, cultivating purposeful leadership, and equipping people to discover their God-given identity and walk confidently in their divine purpose. Born from her own experiences of being strengthened through life's trials, Fortified Faith Collective exists to help people move from surviving to thriving through biblical truth,

intentional discipleship, leadership development, and purpose-driven living.

Professionally, Stacian has faithfully served at the Library of Congress for more than fourteen years, where she leads complex technology initiatives and strategic programs.

She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a Certified Wired to Win™ DNA Productivity & Leadership Coach, trained by Apostle Dr. Courtney McLean, a John Maxwell Master Coach. Her unique combination of professional leadership, coaching, ministry, and lived experience allows her to bridge practical leadership principles with faith and purpose.

She is passionate about helping individuals understand how they are uniquely wired, develop the confidence to lead authentically, maximize their God-given potential, and steward their influence with intention.

Stacian holds a Master of Science in Technology Management and Information Science and

Services and a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Systems.

Believing that leadership is most effective when rooted in both spiritual wisdom and practical excellence, Stacian has continued to pursue advanced biblical studies in hermeneutics, Christian leadership, biblical counseling, and inner healing ministry.

She is committed to rightly handling God's Word and helping others encounter the transforming power of Jesus Christ through biblical truth. Yet, if you were to ask Stacian what defines her most, she would not begin with her profession, education, certifications, or accomplishments.

She would simply tell you that she is a woman who has been carried by the faithfulness ofGod. Through seasons of waiting, disappointment, closed doors, victories, unanswered prayers, mountains, and valleys, God has used it all to strengthen her faith, deepen her dependence on Him, and prepare her for the assignments He has entrusted to her.

Stacian believes that every life surrendered to God has purpose, every trial has the potential

to produce strength, and every person can be fortified through an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ.

Her ministry is rooted in one unwavering conviction: when people encounter the truth of God's Word and surrender fully to Him, their lives are transformed

from the inside out.

These experiences became the foundation for her first book, Fortified Faith: A Woman Destined to Fulfill Purpose.

Behind its pages is a testimony of God's faithfulness and a heartfelt desire for readers to encounter Jesus Christ, recognize the strength God has developed within them, and confidently embrace the purpose He has entrusted to their lives.

More than a book, Fortified Faith is an invitation to discover that God never wastes a season, never abandons His promises, and faithfully strengthens those He has called. Through transparent testimony, sound biblical teaching, and practical encouragement,

Stacian reminds readers that their past does not define them, their circumstances do not disqualify

them, and their purpose remains secure in the hands of God.

But Stacian's vision extends beyond the pages of a book.

Through Fortified Faith Collective LLC, she is building a space where faith, purpose,leadership, and transformation intersect. Through mentorship, leadership development, coaching, biblical teaching, and transformational experiences, she equips individuals to strengthen their faith, embrace their God-given identity, develop as leaders, and walk boldly

in purpose. More than building a platform, Stacian's heart is to build people, men and women who know

God deeply, lead with integrity, serve with humility, steward their influence responsibly, and courageously fulfill the assignments God has entrusted to them.

Her life and leadership reflect a commitment to both spiritual formation and practical excellence. Whether she is leading in the professional arena, mentoring and coaching others, teaching biblical truth, speaking, or writing, her desire remains the same: to help people

recognize who God has called them to be and equip them to faithfully steward what He has placed in their hands.
