For Andrea Nicole Sledge-Creque, pageantry has never been simply about winning titles—it's about developing leaders. As an entrepreneur, nationally recognized pageant professional, mentor, and community advocate, Andrea has spent more than two decades empowering individuals to discover their confidence, embrace service, and lead with purpose.

As the Owner and Executive National Director of ASC Consulting – The Ultimate Touch and the National All World Beauties & Man of Distinction (AWB/MOD) Pageant System, Andrea has created platforms where contestants are encouraged to grow far beyond the stage. Through scholarship, community service, leadership development, and personal growth, she continues to shape an organization that prepares royalty to make meaningful contributions within their communities long after the crowns are awarded.

Throughout her distinguished pageant career, Andrea has earned numerous prestigious titles, including honors within the Texas Plus America Pageant, Miss Plus America (State Level), American Beauties Plus, Ms. Curve (Lane Bryant Sponsored), National All World Beauties' Inaugural Ultimate Queen, and National Regal Elegance Queen of Queens. Each title has served not as a destination, but as another opportunity to mentor, inspire, and advocate for excellence.

Her commitment to service reaches far beyond the pageant world. Andrea is a proud recipient of the Yellow Rose of Texas, one of the state's highest civilian honors recognizing outstanding community service and leadership. Whether volunteering, mentoring, or creating opportunities for others, she believes leadership is best demonstrated through consistent action and a genuine commitment to uplifting those around us.

Over the past twenty years, Andrea has contributed her expertise to countless organizations, including Miss America, Dallas Miss America, Miss Texas USA, National American Miss, Unique International, DFW Juneteenth, Mid-Cities Juneteenth, National Miss Juneteenth, Miss Texas Full Figured USA, Miss Louisiana Full Figured USA, and numerous local, state, and national pageant systems. Her experience spans directing, producing, judging, coaching, contestant development, event management, and executive leadership, making her one of the industry's most respected and versatile professionals.

Dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, Andrea is a Certified Pageant Director, Certified Pageant Coach, and Certified Pageant Judge through The Pageant Planet. Her philosophy is simple: pageantry should equip individuals with skills that extend far beyond competition, preparing them to become confident communicators, compassionate leaders, and engaged members of their communities.

Outside of pageantry, Andrea has enjoyed a successful career as a tax professional for more than twenty-seven years and currently serves with the world's largest provider of professional tax software. Her ability to combine business expertise with servant leadership reflects her belief that success is measured not only by professional achievement but also by the lives we help improve.

Andrea and her husband, Mr. Byron Creque, proudly call Dallas County, Texas, home, where they remain active supporters of community initiatives and leadership development. As she prepares to welcome contestants and families from across the nation to the 2026 National All World Beauties & Man of Distinction Pageant, Andrea continues to expand a nationally recognized system built upon integrity, service, excellence, and purpose.

Whether serving as a director, coach, judge, mentor, entrepreneur, or community leader, Andrea Nicole Sledge-Creque continues to leave an enduring legacy by helping others discover their purpose, develop their leadership, and reign with confidence, character, and compassion.
