Whether you know her professionally as Janelle Myers, Janelle O'Shoon- The Succulent Goddess, or her dynamic drag persona O'Shoon DeMornay Avionce, Janelle is a transformational leader, entrepreneur, entertainer, wellness practitioner, and pageant coach whose life's work centers on empowerment, self-expression, healing, and personal growth.


A New York native with Caribbean roots, Janelle has dedicated her career to helping others discover their confidence, embrace their authenticity, and step boldly into their purpose. As the founder and visionary behind Succulent Wellness, she created a holistic wellness brand focused on spiritual growth, energy healing, mindfulness, and personal transformation. In support of her practice, Janelle is a certified herbalist, an Interfaith Ordained Minister and holds degrees in Metaphysical Science, Divinity. Through divination, reiki, empowerment coaching and her unapologetic calming tone, she encourages individuals to cultivate balance between mind, body, and spirit


Her passion for pageantry, confidence-building and her 18 years of experience led her to establish Pageant Prep with Janelle, a coaching and consulting platform designed to prepare contestants for success both on and off the stage. More than teaching pageant fundamentals, Janelle focuses on helping clients develop self-confidence, communication skills, personal branding, and a strong sense of purpose. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that crowns may be won for a season, but confidence and character can impact a lifetime. Recognizing the need for greater visibility and connection within the pageant community, Janelle also created the Plus Pageants Network, a platform dedicated to celebrating and promoting plus pageantry while creating opportunities for titleholders, contestants, directors, and organizations to connect, collaborate, and share their pageantry experiences.


Beyond entrepreneurship and coaching, Janelle is also celebrated as O'Shoon DeMornay Avionce in the drag pageantry community. O'Shoon embodies confidence, creativity, and authenticity while using the art form as a vehicle for self-expression, community engagement, and empowerment. On stage, behind a microphone, or mentoring others, O'Shoon's presence reflects the same mission that guides Janelle's professional endeavors: helping people feel seen, valued, and empowered. O'Shoon's most recent achievement was winning the title of Miss Wessland Femme 2026 in Atlanta, GA. this past April.


Throughout her journey, Janelle has remained committed to the belief that true transformation begins within. Serving as a spiritual practitioner, pageant coach or queen, she strives to create spaces where people can heal, grow, and become the fullest expression of who they were created to be. Her vision is simple yet profound: to leave a legacy of confidence, healing, representation, and empowerment that inspires others to embrace their unique gifts and live authentically, unapologetically, and purposefully.
