Meshia’s business has evolved since its inception in 2019. “I started out offering portrait photography (birthdays, families, maternity) and as I grew my business, I felt it was really important for me to surround myself with like-minded women who were also entrepreneurs.” As her clientele grew, so did a network of new girl boss friends. Meshia quickly discovered a need for images that help tell their brand stories and gain more momentum with their audience. This is when she made the decision that she would be the go-to photographer in Indy for women business owners to grow their personal brands.
Being present takes more than just posting online. Meshia recently challenged herself to physically show up more so now you’ll find her at more networking events, podcasts, and magazines where I can connect with women on a larger scale that also have the desire to grow visibility with their target audience. The biggest takeaway was learning that “you’re only hiding from your true potential if you don’t show up and be present. Show up for yourself, Sis!”
Helping another girl boss reach her goals is her greatest accomplishment. “Seeing my clients use their images for their websites and social media content to grow their online presence is probably the most fulfilling reward for what I do”.
Meshia is currently working on collaborating with a Brand Strategist to help her clients with strategies on how to actually use the content that she creates to consistently show up with their audience. “Brand Photography is a great investment for your business and I truly want my clients to see a return on that investment.”
