Encourage and Uplift

So the next time you see a woman, give her props and tell her she's doing a great job!

As black women, we have a lot on our plate. We are the backbone of our families, we give birth to our children, we raise and nurture them and we hold down our men.

But who holds us up? Who lifts us up?

We definitely need to get into the spirit of uplifting each other. Women tend to be so independent and set in our ways. We most often than not decline help even when we are struggling the most.

We need more Encouragement!

More LOVE!

More Uplifting!

You never know what the next person is going through sometimes a smile goes a long way.

A hello, a good Morning text, just a hey, how are you today can make a huge difference in someone’s day.

Instead of choosing to down a person, critique or make fun of or isolate try LOVE instead.

There is enough in the world to deal with! We don’t need to add to it by putting others down or deflecting our insecurities onto others.

So the next time you see a woman, give her props and tell her she’s doing a great job!

You’d be amazed at how much of a difference you could make in someone’s day Just By Showing LOVE!
