Happy New Year SITIGirl! I don’t know about you but 2023 seemed to creep up in a flash! It seemed like I was setting mid year goals in May and then boom! Are you ready? My resolution is that 2023 is the year of me! Focusing on my personal habits, interactions and baggage that need to be modified in order to create my desired space for growth, positive interaction and peace.
Long gone are the thoughts that “self-care is selfish” and that a woman can’t say no to thoughts, people and situations that don’t serve her best interest. This is our time SITIGirl! Time to stop comparing ourselves to others, stop feeling as though we aren’t good enough, stop giving up on our dreams because someone else doesn’t approve of them. It’s time to step into and embrace our greatness so that we can fulfill the purpose that we were created to share with the world.
