With over 22 years of experience, Tasha Ratcliff is THE example of turning pain into purpose and mess into a message. When I met this inspirational woman over 15 years ago, she was a key pillar of my village, directing a before and after school program that molded 3 of my children.
Now look at her! Tasha Ratcliff is a CEO, Minister, Life Coach, Business & Life Mentor, Stylist and Makeup Artist. Constantly displaying that necessity is the mother of invention, this beautiful butterfly has built on each experience of her life to create programs, launch businesses, empowering and employing others.
After losing the love of her life as a newlywed, suddenly and unexpectedly, she has done what seems impossible to many, she has persevered. Tasha became determined to WIN and finish this life strong! “God has a purpose for my life, and I will walk in the Full Purpose until I have no breath.”
First there is Heaven Scent Cleaning, founded in 2019 and provides services such as basic cleaning, deep cleaning, COVID-19 disinfection services and eco-friendly cleanings which utilize all natural products. Reservations for this service are booked months in advance and continue to be a blessing to everyone from senior citizens, condo, apartment, business, and celebrity clients.
The Be You Movement has been an incredible mentoring and development program encouraging women to be themselves and embrace their power. This program goes beyond the four walls of any establishment and provides programs for lupus awareness, cancer treatment support, feeding the homeless, makeovers for recovering patients and much more! In the last year alone, Tasha has provided programming and workshops to University of Indianapolis, Pageant systems as well as local organizations. Tasha and her Be You Movement host monthly outreach events in the city of Indianapolis.
Lastly, she founded Pressed Youth Center, LLC. This program provides Snacks, Homework Help, Teacher Tutors, Vendors, Field Trips,& more to organizations around Indianapolis. She has also provided mommy night out programming.

Self-described as being passion drive with pain being her biggest driving force, I don’t see this powerhouse slowing down any time soon.
Looking at the future, Tasha says she plans to keep growing and glowing, bringing positivity to the world. “I love everything that I’m doing. Each business holds Its own identity and I’m so excited to see each entity grow.”
