Extend Yourself Some Grace, Too!

Move over hot girl summer, and here comes sizzling SITI F.A.L.L. (Fabulous After Living Life). There is a gift of giving yourself grace. We must be gracious in giving ourselves room to live. In giving yourself grace and establishing boundaries, it’s okay to know your limits and boundaries. Many times, we give more grace to others versus what we give ourselves. The world sends us a message that we must be firing on all cylinders at all times, and that is not the case, you are just as fabulous even when enduring trials. You don’t always have to portray positivity, but you need to embrace your emotions. Honor yourself by expressing your true feelings, and live in that which you give. Now… let’sGo.
